Here’s hoping that the New Year has started off well for you.
These are the things that we've been busy with so far.

YOGA FOR SELF-CARE

Before the year ended, we had our Yoga for Self-care (session 1) with a small but good mix of participants. The next three (3) sessions are happening on January 9, 16, 23
at 7:00 pm Philippine Time.

You may still register even if you missed the first session.

Isn’t it an awesome idea to start the year with yoga?

YOGA FOR SELF-CARE is a 4-part program meant to introduce participants to the traditional practice of yoga. If they would like to go deeper into the eight (8) aspects of yoga practice, then this is a good place to start.
The next run of the Yoga for Self-care program will be towards the middle of the year.

May this New Year be filled with only pleasant surprises!

Below, I share with you a quote from Swami Satchidanandaji.
PictureAmber Palace, Jaipur, India by Annie Spratt on Unsplash

“We are not going to change the whole world, but we can change ourselves and feel free as birds. We can be serene even in the midst of calamities and, by our serenity, make others more tranquil. Serenity is contagious. If we smile at someone, he or she will smile back. And a smile costs nothing. We should plague everyone with joy. If we are to die in a minute, why not die happily, laughing? (136-137)”
